Care direction
Components out first.
Remove both fan modules, locking components, cable harness and power module before garment care. Final washing, drying and heat guidance depends on tested materials and construction.

Shipping is not open.
No free-shipping threshold, delivery date or lithium-battery policy is published yet. Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak handling must be confirmed with carriers before launch.

Does Sensu prevent heat illness?
No. Fan jackets are not protective PPE and do not prevent heat-related illness. Follow workplace guidance, hydration and rest requirements.
How long does the battery last?
No runtime is published. The power system, settings and battery requirements remain pre-production details until engineering validation.
Can I wash the jacket?
The pre-launch care direction assumes all electrical components are removed first. Final instructions depend on the selected materials and tested construction.
Is Sensu made in Malaysia?
Sensu is a Malaysian brand. Manufacturing origin has not been confirmed and will not be claimed without evidence.
